We make every effort to accurately display product colors, styles, and details on our Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will perfectly reflect the actual product. 4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price and will notify you of the error and issue a full refund if payment was already collected.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, or errors in product or pricing information.
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cupid is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. Exchange and Return Policy — All Sales Are Final
IMPORTANT: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part

8. Defective or Incorrect Items
